A new year, a new us

Well we have survived the holidays and hope you have too! We had a great, albeit busy season. We spent the week of Christmas to New Years with all loved ones both friends and families.

The boys each had their own school celebration. JP's school had their annual Christmas pageant and party. JP was selected to be the Inn Keeper and even had a line. He did so well and enjoyed it, not like we had a doubt. After their pageant they did a few songs and as always it was adorable as ever.

In second grade their winter party is a gingerbread house building party and I was so happy that once again I got to help. The kids were so creative and did a great job.

Both kids enjoyed us being part of their festivities. We had a wonderful Christmas season celebrating Christmas Eve and Day with our families. The boys love seeing their cousins and grandparents. They were spoiled as always.

The boys got to celebrate with their Aunt and Uncle from NC right afterwards and we jammed as much fun in as we could before they had to leave. They always enjoy their time with Uncle Brian and Aunt Amy.

Now we are in the new year and back into the swing of things. Right after the new year, I had to register this cutie for kindergarten. Not sure how that happened as he was just my new born baby like a year ago!

The boys are doing well, enjoying school and no news to report on JPs medical side for now. The next thing is getting ready for him turning 5! WHAT 😫
